Tell us about you, your passions, your goals. 

I am Dana B Henderson from Salem,SC  I was married at a young age of 20 had my first boy then 3 years later my daughter was born as a rainbow child. The next 2 years was hard but God blessed us with another son.  My life was going great and then my husband became ill and was diagnosed  with cancer which later took him away from our family.  A year later I met my Greg and in July we will celebrate 28 years. We are a blended family of 5. 4 Boys and 1 daughter. Of course everyone is grown and are married except for the youngest.  We have been blessed with 7 grand kids and several grand animals.  My passion is loving others for who they are and seeing them grow to be a better person so they can be a servant for God. My goal is to be the best listener to those who are around me when they need my attention.

1. Tell me how you got involved in your business?
 
In 2012 I was introduced to It Works by a friend. I was not looking for a business but was looking to see if what she was excited about could help me personally with my health.
 
2. What does a typical day look like as in the like of someone who runs their own business?
 
You have to be consistent in sharing your business with others rather it be in person or on social media.
 
3. What attributes does someone need to have in order to be really successful in this position?
 
Desire to want more and not settle for less.
 
4.What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?
 
Being rejected. Some take the word “NO” personally  and in this type of busy you can’t because usually the word “NO” means not right now
 
  5.What did you do before you started your business?
 
Worked at a hospital for 10 years. Then ran a home daycare for 5 years.

My business is Health and Wellness with skin care.  There is something for Body Contouring, General Health, Weight Loss and Sports performance. Our skincare is to help control those fine lines and wrinkles to give you a youthful glow.

Flexibility to be available when my family needs me.

9. What do you feel is your greatest sales accomplishment and when/why did it happen?
 
I would say when I introduced a friend who had thyroid issues and her weight was out of control because of it and she trusted me enough to try the Crazy Wrap and her results were AMAZING that is when I realized I had something that could make a difference in other peoples lives.
 
Then my other accomplishment was making enough money to pay for our son Brandon’s wedding rehearsal dinner 2014.
 
10. How do you balance client expectations versus real expectations? How do you handle it when they are too high?
 
I tell my clients they first have to remember results are different on everyone for the first time. In fact it took several times for me to actually see visual results but once I did I was hooked.  In what I offer, the results are real it just takes the body time to change and if it is 30, 60 or 90 days you should give it that long to see transformation.

2001 THE MIND BEHIND THE MAGIC

2009 GROWING THROUGH A TOUGH ECONOMY
The economic crisis that began in 2009 presented many families and businesses across the world with devastating cirumstances.  We at It Works! feel very fortunate to have been able to be a source of hope for families in need during such difficult years through our steadfast business opportunity.

“It’s been so much fun to have distributors out for leadership meetings at the beach, to host games at Stoneybrook, and to have everyone out here for company-wide Green Carpet Days where we treat distributors from all over the world to a good time,” says Mark. “We look forward to many years of fun and fellowship at our Florida facilities.”

Since we offer so many products it is really hard to pin point but I would say The Ultimate Body Applicator and the Greens.

When you build relationship with others first then they will trust you enough to ask questions about your products and then purchase.

I can only offer and suggest what could take place it is really left up to the customer if they follow the tips I give.
 
 19. Whats worse not reaching a goal every month or not having happy customers?
 
I say not having a happy customer.

That my service is genuine and what I offer does work if the client/customer will follow the tips I offer and not get frustrated on wanting a quick fix.

I would say don’t listen to others who feel they did not get the benefit of the products. We have to be reminded we all are made differently. Metabolisms are different we have different diets or foods we like to eat I could go on and on but why should I.  YOU JUST NEED TO TRY IT!
