1.Tell us about you, your passions, your goals.

Hello my name is Raechel, I am a retired Certified Quick books Accountant/Bookkeeper, I loved the challenges and detective work bookkeeping gave me. I have been married to my soul mate for over 25 yrs and we raised three children and have three grand baby girls. My husband works for the railroad so being able to be home now has given us so much more time together than it did when i worked full time.I am 47 and love hunting, fishing, camping and anything outdoors. I am an avid crafter and always have some project going on. Currently working on remodeling our motor home. My goals are to help others reach their business potential and build a strong future for themselves.

2.Tell me how you got involved in your business?
I got involved in Plexus when I had exhausted every other program out there to get healthy and loose some weight. A friend of mine made a post on FB for a 7 day challenge and after day one I knew I was hooked. I didn’t join to sell but to get the cheapest price for my products, well that changed when I noticed how much it changed my life. Now I cant stop talking about Plexus.

 3. What does a typical day look like as in the like of someone who runs their own business?
A typical day in my life varies, since my husband doesn’t work a normal 9-5 I work around his schedule most days. I work at least two hours every morning sharing and posting on social media building relationships and friendships. Currently we are working in another state and living in our motor home, so its a bonus that I can work my business anywhere I am.
 4. What attributes does someone need to have in order to be really successful in this position?
To be successful in any home business you have to have dedication and passion for what you do. I always say ” Find your passion and you find your purpose”. Don’t give up ever if you know in your heart this is what you should be doing don’t let anyone or anything stand in your way.
5.What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?
The biggest challenge is finding people who are as dedicated as I am to be truly healthy and take the time and dedication it takes to work on their own health. I know these products work, but you have to give them time to clean out the old and repair the years of harmful toxins that have built up. You didn’t get to this place over night so you cant expect to heal overnight.

My favorite part about working from home is I can work anywhere any time. I have the opportunity to be anywhere talking about the amazing products and business aspect of Plexus.

Every day that I am able to share and help people on their journey to #healthandhappiness is a great accomplishment. I love helping people reach their goals, whatever those goals are.
11. How do you balance client expectations versus real expectations? How do you handle it when they are too high?
I am always realistic and tell everyone it takes time to get your body and health back, you didnt get to this point over night so give your self time to recover and find your balance. Its not a quick fix. Always give yourself 60-120 days to see results and to start feeling better. I use my progress as an example and give them support every step of the way.

Having unhappy customers is worse. You can not build a strong foundation for your business if you are not making your customers happy.
